<span>Chuck</span>

The chuck comes from the front quarter of the beef and consists of the neck, shoulder blade and upper arm. These cuts are tough but extremely flavourful and must be cooked properly to be enjoyed. Beef stews, pot roast and any braised methods of cooking are ideal for cooking cuts from the chuck. Also, due to the good balance of fat and lean meat, the chuck is ideal for ground beef.
