Tara Foods embodies the fundamental values that are found in deep-rooted family traditions. Founder and owner Sam Tarantino is no stranger to the food industry. In fact, he was born into it. In 1986, a young and passionate Sam opened his own small butcher shop. Ten years later, he opened Tara Foods Inc. which was then relocated several years later to facilitate the company’s productivity levels and safety standards in order to meet consumer demands. Tara Foods has grown considerably throughout the years as Canadians have recognized its commitment to quality food and service.
