TURKEY

Turkey, like chicken, is a well-known poultry product that is used worldwide. Used primarily on festive occasions like Christmas or Thanksgiving, turkey offers an alternative to chicken. Turkeys can be split into two categories: hens, which are female birds and much smaller (7-9 kg), and toms, which are male birds and tend to be bigger (10+ kg). All turkey items are Canadian raised, hormone-free and available air or water-chilled. Halal certified turkey is also available.
