Chicken legs can be separated into two distinct parts — drumsticks and thighs — and can also be bone-in or boneless. They are known as dark meat and are fattier than the breast. Like chicken breast they are very versatile, as they can be cooked using many different methods. From dry methods like grilling/BBQ to moist methods like stewing, they make for a great meal.
