The entire process, from receiving to production and from storage to shipping, is documented according to the Hazards Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards. Our dedicated staff member spends several hours a day confirming that all of the regulatory requirements are met.
In addition, our plant and equipment are washed and sterilized by a licensed crew each day. This focus on food safety is not only for our customers but also for ourselves; without these standards we would not be true to the vision of our company.
